This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on WatchDock. By subscribing you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
1. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required. You will not be charged anything during the trial period.
At the end of the trial, your account automatically reverts to the Hobby (free) plan. You are only charged if you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan.
2. Refund Policy
All payments for Watchdock subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. If you would like to request a refund, please contact Paddle directly or reach out to us at billing@watchdock.cc, and we will assist you in accordance with Paddle's policies.
3. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
